2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Superior expects to host its 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders virtually on Wednesday May 13, 2020 at 4:00pm Eastern Time.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the latest directives from public health and other government authorities to maintain physical distance and eliminate social gatherings, we will now hold our annual meeting in a virtual-only format whereby shareholders may attend and participate in the annual meeting via live webcast. The annual meeting was previously scheduled to be held at the TMX Broadcast Centre. Shareholders will no longer be able to attend the meeting in person. See below for further details on attending the virtual meeting.
